A while back someone mentioned they were 'blue' due to the weather haveing been 'grey' there for a while and I was my usual unsympathetic self...

I just now heard on the radio that last week, Burlington, Vermont had the longest stretch of 'sunny days' since 1961

Grand total?

6 days in a row LOL...

I can hardly wait another 40-something years to see when the next stretch is...!!!

If I remember right...    Posted 03-02-2004 at 11:55:45       [Reply]  [No Email]
according to Dan Dowling, they had to go back to '72 to put together four days in a row.

Greg VT who sometimes wonders why he still lives here... until he goes somewhere else.

I have been hauling and hanging plastic for days now...I have only maybe 1/3 of my taps in the trees...Changing over all my old taps for new smaller ones and hanging another 1500 more foot of line than I had...Talked to a guy that has LOTS of taps yesterday...Told him I was a few days away from being 'ready'...Told me 'You aint missin much yet'...I guess it was the disgusted look on his face that told the story...

And I told Clipper...I aint goin in there...I'll never leave, and I have stuff to do...
