Small scale pig raising

Anybody have a link to any pig websites like somebodys own personal small scale site with pictures and info??? i have like around 30-50 head depending on the time of year that i raise and i would like to see the way some of the other smaller guys do it or share ideas with any of you

The best resource I can think of is old people. The guys who raised hogs outdoors (assuming you'll be outdoors) and know what works and what doesn't. I'm not a big fan of books, rather hear it from somebody that knows. I raise about that many in a big old 1900's barn and an old 1950's hog house. Sold all but one of my sows and I am going to start over. I enjoy doing it, but it is labor intensive and time consuming, not to mention expensive. Warmer weather is on the way, and that makes things much easier. Good luck. Cindi on here knows a thing or two also.

Here's a fairly good site. There are producers on there from just a few head on thru commercial feedlots.
