Peterson's pipe
[Return to Topics]

I got a badly blackened, fairly awful looking Peterson's Aran 105
with a sterling band at an estate sale the other day for fifty
cents. It cleaned up well, the silver especially. The bowl is quite
dark and I need to do some sanding across the bowl opening to
smooth things out a bit. Any suggestions? I've never tried to fix
up an old pipe before and I'd like to start off on the right foot.

Smarr, if you've tracked me down again..........more fanfare
would have been, well, just MORE; at least you're smoking from
a pipe that came from me.

Stick with me, baby, hold on. We've got a long way to go.
