Just finished supper. We are getting a good gentle much needed rain. The first of my first calve heifers has had her calve just late this afternoon. The mother is one of twins and I am betting her sister will have hers in the next day or two. That is what it is about new life and a new hope.

Jeanette, it showed up here for a few days;
it is that really bright thing up in the sky during the daytime.
It feels sort of warm but is subject to clouds suddenly covering it up.
