actually chivas was the only liquor i could think of .i usually drink homemade wine and other spirits that my neighbor brings me nice clear stuff in a mason jar.

Hey Donna
That nice clear stuff in a mason jar sounds like moonshine to me.I have had my share of that stuffI was raised in S.E. Okla. heck that and homebrew beer was all that we drank. That tequila ain't nothing compared to moonshine it makes you want to slap shutt out of everythang.
Have a gooden today.

hang on to em! Old-timey stuff is going fer big $$ on just about everything. Can't believe the prices I see on E-Bay concerning just about anything that is over 50 years old!

Clipper:who would git his butt kicked purty good by a half-gallon shot of tequilla.... :^)

pick up all i can find, mostly for tomato juice[hubby averages a gallon a week] so every fall i put up 125-200 1/2 gallons cuz he won't touch the store bought stuff. of coarse the longer i'm here the smaller my store shopping becomes. we're about 80%? self-suffient. i only buy sugar, flour, coffee, rice and paper goods except for my one bad habit mountain dew.i just can't give up the stuff.
