{received from a friend}

Much has been said about "tough love" for misbehaving children. Most of America's populace thinks it very improper to spank children, so Barb and I have tried other methods to control our kids when they have one of "those moments".

One that we found very effective for me, is just take the child for a car ride and talk.

They usually calm down and stop misbehaving after our little car ride together.

I've included the photo below of one of my sessions, with our son, in case you would like to use the technique.

Its very effective!

(I wonder how he'd vote to cut back on Social Security?) (:-0

...I know...should've had a disclaimer a mile long..."don't try this at home...photo taken on a closed track...boy was a professional windshield hanger-on-er...simulated speed...etc."

:-)

LMAOROFL! I busted a gut when I saw that picture!! That is TOO FUNNY! How'd you get the speed reader to read 99???? Just was broken? I love it, saved it, have to show it around. lol

I can't claim this photo...it was sent to me from a friend, and I'm sure it's been making it's rounds....

I bet the speed-0-meter is manually put on "99," and it certainly looks like the car/minivan is on the shoulder, so it has to be parked. Perfectly safe for the little urchin. I bet he's in an OSHA approved harness just beneath the windshield.
