any way to go from a gooseneck to a 5th wheel? I have a drawtite remove a ball, cut into the bed, with the rails underneith. I need a 5th wheel also. Any suggestions?

If you are only going to pull one 5th wheel trailer it is easier to put an adapter on the trailer that converts it to the gooseneck hitch.

Arent most fifth wheels mounted on rails up against the wheel wells in the bed? And are simply pinned (the fifth wheel itself) on to rails? I would think you can install both and simply slide the fifth wheel out when you need the gooseneck ball.

The rails for the 5th run from between the wheel wells. There's a 5th rail that can go to gooseneck, but i already have the gooseneck cut into my bed. Can the 5th rail mount to the plate of the gooseneck?
