OK, I know that mules are sterile, but: do mule mares go into heat?

Yeah, dumb question, but I gotta know what to expect.

Got her on Wednesday. They were not as unreasonable in person as their paperwork leads you to believe. In fact, they're good folks.

Got her home, and trying to settle her in. She is happy, but all the goats and sheep are scared and jealous of her so it is a little 'interesting.' She kicks up her heels for the sheer joy of having a big pasture that isn't muddy, and when she does the little herd scatters bellowing for their lives...and she thinks they're playing, so she chases them.

Hope all is well out your way!

Yes they come into heat. About a one in ten-thousand odds that their not sterile.

Have three mollies and one we had spaded as she wasn't pleasant to be around when she cycled in. Made an excellent critter out of her. Just one of a few reasons I prefer the John's.
