Watkins Marketing... ?

Hello everyone,

I'm not even sure if I'm in the right spot to be posting something like this, but I thought it may be worth a shot.

I used to sell Watkins products in 1997, and I recently got back into it, (but I live in a different state now and hardly know anyone).

Can anyone here offer any kind of advertising/marketing advice that won't cost me a lot of money?

Your help is greatly appreciated. :)

- Kristen

The Watkins lady puts flyers in the grocery store feedstores and barber shop in our small town.

She claims that the people who use the barber shop and feedstore are her best customers.

I gotta have Watkins salve and Ma will use only Watkins vanilla.

The Watkins distributer in this area Posts flyers at the grocer and the other businesses in town. She also runs an ad in the "Pennysaver" once a month or so.

Pennysaver was the name of a paper back home... Do you live in PA by any chance? :)

I'm open to free samples. lol

Might try contacting womens groups, throwing parties or find party sponsers to get some talk and interest up or (unrecomended door to dr). Might try flee markets, local farmers market. your new community sidewalk sale days. Put a small sign out front. A small one people sow down to read. If interested they'll pull in. tough question. I don't know? I can't think of a thing.

We've used Watkins products. My parents used Watkins products. Only lately found them at county fairs.

Good luck!
