Lawn aerator

I need some suggestions. I have a 60" wide lawn aerator that I have on a 1145 John Deere lawn mower(4wheel drive), this will cover 2 acres an hour if I want. Should I put up signs to do aerating to make extra money. I have a trailer and a truck I can move the equipment with, I live in a area with a lot of houses built in the last 10 years.
A 1/4 acre lot would take me 15-20 minutes, how would you price a service like that, any suggestions on what to watch out for?
I have the equipment for my own use, I do snow removal for 3 neighbors in the winter, I work 12 hr shifts at night (7 out of 14 days) so I now have time available.
any advice would be appreciated
Paul

I would not get it to the fertlizer end of it. There is to much liablity in it.

before I aereate my yard I spread compost on it (around 1/8 to 1/4" deep) then when it rains and from mowing the compost/dirt works back into the holes and really gets the grass green without chemical fertilizer.

Absolutely do it. $50 a shot, also sell them fertilizer if you can and spread that too. Tell them $75 or so for aerator and fertilizer. Might get yourself a good little part time thing going on.

Speaking of fertilizer...
I fertilized my lawn two weeks ago.
How often should a lawn be fertilized?
Should I water afterwards?
It has not rained since I did it.
Help!!
