I take Coricidin HBP --non drowsy formula, with
tylenol in it. Been having the same thing,
sniffels and headache (or a case of nervous
Also, Alka Seltzer Plus cold medicine works
well too for sniffels and headache.
Any cold med w/Psuedaphed may cause headaches
in some patients!

Avoid the wind....I use neck scarves...draw collars up around my neck...hats...hooded allergy doctor told me once to
avoid "drafts". I have learned it meant all kinds
of drafts, even the wind.

A Doctor told me to throw your pillow in the dryer on a hot cycle every few days. Mites are in your pillows and will cause sniffles and sinus headaches and mild sore thoat. I didnt believe him at first..then got in the habit of washing/drying my pillow and I can honestly say that the sniffles have cut down dramatically. Walmart sells alergy covers for your pillow too. I wont go with out that on my pillow.

What have you been doing or eating differnt lately. My favorite food, Ice cream, makes me sick. Wont be long I have to cut out dairy products for the Summer, save cheeze and butter. Only eat icecram when i can sleep it off. Evenn then I'll carry-on for 3/4hrs hacking and nose blowing it out next morning. Just an idea?
I think you're south of me. Could be Spring time molds getting to ya? Another Idea?

Cliff used to get sinusitis every winter, and it wouldn't go away until he took a round of antibiotics. Turned out he had a bad tooth that was causing it! Once that tooth was pulled, no more sinusitis.
