Friday evening when i got off work i had to put a new hitch in a friends dump truck, and change the wheels on a a chisel plow i sold. I felt a bit tired but nt too terribly bad I thought it was the Mack wearing down on me. I came in and went to bed then Saturday I wouke up and went to town to get lugbolts for the plow and i felt woosey walking in the parts house when I came out i got back in the truck and came home. I didnt do much the next hour that I could help I ended up with a 103 temp and the stomach virus. I was well enough to drive the truck today when we got home dad fed his goats and i piddled around the shop when i got in a minute ago dad was sick and my brother just called hes the same way. It seems ike it hits all at once. He was fine a few hours ago before he went to his friends house. I guess its airborne as when one of us gets down we all kinda spread out and take extra precautions. I can cover for dad at work I mnot too worried about that. Mom is a nurse and my brother is a nursing student in the hardest stages he cant miss any clinicals so i think hes the one we most worry about. Its got several folks at work that are pouring the bosses paint boothes and a few in the other parts of the plant. Im about to go batty here. Take care Taylor Lambert

If stomach flu's a nice word for sitting in the can, yup we had ours last week. Only lasts a day, but there are some lingering benefits like fatigue and sore muscles and yer kidneys take a couple extra days to wake up. Oatmeal can stand anything.:)

Yes, I came down with it Sunday. Can't sleep anymore, thats why I am up now. It's 4:30 am. I think I am about over it (famous last words). I hope so, things go downhill pretty quick around here when I get sick. Laundry and dishes pile up, nothing gets done. Hope you and yours gets to feeling better.

Well with the winds blowing this spring, you can count on these type viruses to happen. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, and any nursing students should not be around any sick patients in a hosp. etc.

Esp...Diabetics, this type of virus wreaks havoc, because sugar levels drop....and with throwing up from virus, can cause major problems, check with your doctors.

Must not have made it here, Taylor.
I hadn't heard of anyone getting it.
I hope it does not make it over this way,
I hate stomach viruses.
I hope you feel all better soon.
