How we came to have an oil shortage

There are a lot of folks who can't understand how we came to have an
oil shortage here in America.
Well, there's a very simple answer.

Nobody bothered to check the oil.
We just didn't know we were getting low. The reason for that is
purely geographical.

All our oil is in Alaska, Texas, California,
and Oklahoma.

All our dipsticks are in Washington DC

Supposed to be alot of sulfer in it. Too dirty for us to burn here so, they ship it to Japan and burn it and all that polluted air drifts this way on the jet stream. Makes alot of sence a?

It's all Bill Clintons fault. He started using up the national reserves. I am also sure George and Dick will save us.
