I downloaded the link you provided and now I don't have to keep resetting my homepage every time I restart my computer.
Thanks a whole lot.

Glad to help..

Hey Walt...    Posted 04-08-2004 at 03:30:10       [Reply]  [No Email]
I frequent a couple sites that always add in FlySwat and DoubleClick tracking cookies...

With the latest (Dated 03/04/04) SpyBot S&D Includes Update File, SpyBot will no longer find them...

I uninstalled the SpyBot and reinstalled clean from their site without the includes update...Only scans for something like 5000+ file types, but it finds these cookies every time and DID with the last update before 03/04/04...

Just an FYI, but it looks to me that either SpyBot has a glitch, or has made a deal with the devil...AdAware continues to find these cookies...

I did e-Mail SpyBot, but have not received a response and it has been over a week...

Yea, I have seen some other folks say the similiar with the lastest update. Probably just keep running Adaware/updates until SpyBot works the bugs out.

Thanks...    Posted 04-08-2004 at 07:54:13       [Reply]  [No Email]
Since I had not heard back (not that I really expected to) I wondered if it was just me...

Wish I had DL'ed and kept the previous update instead of letting the dang program do it as an 'active update'...
