Was reading about lawsuit of a TYSON FOODS, an employee collasped, died from fumes, while in plant. Process of taking chicken feathers to make a pet food addictive, wonder which pet food this goes into? Got to read those labels on pet food cans. How many really read these labels and understand them out there? Yipes!

I do and have been and absolutely understand what's
in dog foods out there. That's why I drive 20minutes to
Hyattstown to buy my dog's food from a specific
distributor. Eventually I'll raise my own ducks and
provide their food that way.

Sorry for the rude awakening SusieQ but feather are
the least noxious things that go into dog food. Think of
it this way - animal feel can be the toilet for waste from
the meat and brewing industry among others.

Animal byproducts. I had a friend who had worked at a Tyson processing plant who said everything that didn't go to the consumer ended up in dog food.

And this is the same with food for cattle, over in UK....hence MAD COW DISEASE. Thing is beef is safe if one doesn't eat organ meats, guess we all may have to go back to eating nothing but our own grown veggies and fruits to be anywhere near healthy huh?

"Thing is beef is safe if one doesn't eat organ meats,

'Mad-Cow' is specific to brain and spinal tissue...

Eat all the hearts, livers and tongue sandwiches you want...

I got into this...    Posted 04-10-2004 at 06:56:13       [Reply]  [No Email]
...once before and it gave me a headache. I started giving small amounts of dry Pedigree and excess boiled eggs, table scraps, wild hog leftovers and other meats (cooked first)
