When should I plant my sunflower seeds?

Now they aren't "sunflowers" but they are those little flowers that are "sun flowers" kinda like mini sunflowers. I saved all the seeds from last years flowers to plant this year. I have about 1000 of them.
They will look perfect in front of our porch railings.

I don't know where you live, but after all killing frost is over, and the ground temps are warmer, they germinate faster, I always plant my flower seeds in moon sign of libra....sign of the blooms....happy planting!
