Clipper's Baby-Back Ribs
(Either pork or beef ribs!)

4 or more racks of fresh ribs
A BIG pot of boiling water well-salted
Egg timer
Extra-large zip-loc bags
3-4 quarts of yer favorite Bar-b-q sauce
Cut the rib racks to fit in yer pot of boiling water
Boil ribs for 30 minutes ONLY(use the egg timer!)
Put boiled ribs in zip-loc bags and coat GENEROUSLY with yer Bar-b-q sauce. Seal bags, put ribs in refrigerator and allow them to MARINATE a MINIMUM of 5 Hours!
Bout 2 hours afore yer ready ta eat... fire up yer grill and get a good HIGH/HOT fire going.Put ribs on the grill. 5 Minutes for each side and keep em slathered good with more sauce! After 30 minutes of slathering and flipping pull em off the grill and ENJOY!!!

If you are Bar-B-Q challenged:....Remember to take the ribs OUT of the Zip-Loc bags BEFORE you put them on the grill!!!

For spares about 6 to 6-1/2 hours. Start at about 9:30 a.m. getting the smoker ready. Ribs on at 10. Paint the ribs about 4-5 and pull a half hour later. Let rest 20 minutes.

hey Clipper I make my ribs the same way except I put a can of beer in the water just before I add the ribs. and if I'm feeling lazy I buy the baby backs and they always fit without a trim.
