Well, I guess I done went and did it. After a couple of months of owning and caring for our pregnant Appaloosa mare, I just had to have a ridable horse here. After a lot of searching, calling and test riding, I got one heck of a deal on a pair of Quarter Horse geldings from a lady who owns a horse farm, and just had too many to deal with. Twenty three. Lot of horses.
She delivered them today, and we spent the day riding and working with them.It was great.
Oh, yeah, Sassy, the mare, is huge, and still growing. Her due date is May 25th, and she is showing signs that she intends to get there before delivering.
Night all, need to sleep. I am planning on a sunrise ride...
