Milky spoor and moles

Last year I treated my front yard with Milky spoor and haven't seen a mole out there yet . Lots of moles in the back yard . All I did last year for the back yard was spread tide granulated soap on it which I think held them down but they are back . Milky spoor is supposed to last 10 to 20 years If it kills the grubs then the moles leave and the skunks won't be digging the yard up either .

Al, do you think that stuff would work to control Armadillos? I bought a container of Milky Spore last year. But, I've been afraid to put it down because of possible respiratory problems. ...gfp

What it's supposed to do is make the grubs sick and die then that dead grub
gives off many more spores and permeate out and keep working . The
moles don't like the taste of the grubs so they leave . As to whether it works on armadillos I don't know . We don't have them here in Mich. . I don't think I have ever seen a armadillo my self but if they dig for grubs I'm sure that would
deter them from digging up your yard like skunks do around here .
What I did to treat my front yard is took a 200 ft tape and marked off every four foot with that marking paint by the house then out by the road . then I took a string and marked off every four foot with the paint Put a teaspoon full at every four foot like a checker board all over my yard . just move the string each time.
I was leery of the respirator thing too but I seen no ill effects I did it while there was no wind and it rained shortly after I put it on if I remember right .
