of the guy's in the white suits with the butterfly nets...I'm worn out, tried and just generally down in the dumps, I need a good kick in the shorts, but I am really considering slow down a step or two and let those guy's catch me....I need a vacation....I need to mow grass, but its raining, I need to put up fence, but its still raining.....thought about going up town for May Day festival, but its raining....seems like everything I want to do, the rain is stopping me from doing it normal to get down cause it's raining?.....guess something else must be bothering me cause sleep is not going to good either....I always though I was fairly intelligent but I'll just be danged, I can't figure this out....killer headaches and lack of sleep maybe? or something deeper down inside got me in a lower gear?....I'm going to go try a nap off the migraine....maybe just maybe some one can send me a big ol kick in the shorts please????
be back later kick me in gear please.....

hope yours is good....

....Got rain wet last night birthing calf.
Getting rain wet again today. Just a bit more presoak and I'm ready for soaping down. Clink will probably do me , my going back out the door. By the time I finish catching Bullet (bull), checking fence, letting my ladies out on new pasture, I'll probaly be ready for hoseing down.
The hoseing something we got to keep quiet. Should Clipper hear of this he'll probally want to put me in a stall with that horse Ruben and get us both at the same time. lol

TO I dunno how much water you drink but sometimes if you don't drink enough water it'll give you migraines. Maybe there's some kinda connection with that and the reason you're not happy about all the rain? And is it just a nice slow drizzly rain or is it thundering and lightning too? If it's just a drizzly rain you can still do the fence. It's gonna get wet anyway right? As long as you're not using anything electical to install it. I don't kick nobody so I can't help ya there. Hope your noggin gets to feeling better though : )

What I meant by working out in a light rain was that sometimes it can help to wash all the cobwebs out of our heads too : ) And just think how nice everything will "green up" after the rain ; )

Okay i'll give it a shot: my plan plan is to justify your feelings, then identify with them, then blow them to smithereenies. here goes --

1) I've long heard that Seattle leads the nation in suicides - because of the persistent overcast.

2) Around here there's a 6-month stretch where you always need to add 2 words if you're printing a poster - "weather permitting"

3) They laughed when i announced i was going to tell a joke. Yeah well i showed them - the smartaleks aren't laughing now!

How'm i doing? :)

Rain is not all bad. Short bursts of cofidence can be gained by dressing in head to toe rain gear and seeing how long you can walk in the rain
before you have to undress to use the facilities. Or take off as many clothes as you have nerve to, and walk in the rain. If this makes you feel foolish, think how you must look to the rest of world. Just the thought of YOU doing this makes me feel good.

Gotta keep telling yerself that there is always tomorrow.....depending on the weather to co-operate when you want to get stuff done is like playing the lottery: most of the time you lose. :^)
