I been gone for two days! Sorry, got to go catch up! The house is clean at least. Shelby and Ian got new computer games, so they have been taking turns on the puter, and I have been pushed onto the television, but I tld em tonight it was MY TURN NOW!!! lol and I missed the saloon party dangit!

We just got back from Smokey Bones, they just opened one up around here, and it was mighty good eats! If the saloon is still open, I am going to stay there and catch up in a bit.

I got a stupid wedding to go to, that I don't want to go to, but I have to go to, you know how that is, you have to show up. Friend of Ian's. SO lets tie one on I say, I am off to the saloon, maybe I will wake up late with a hangover and not be able to go, LMAO! We can always hope, because a hangover would be better than going to this wedding.

Reminds me of a night bout 19 years ago....took my now wife out on the town to a rousing C&W bar that was my hangout. She got totally PLASTERED on this drink called Toasted Almond...I think she knocked down about 20 of them rascals...anywhooo,,,we're on our way home bout 2:30 in da morning....she blubbers out: Pull over I'm gonna be sick! I whips off the road and onto the side of a big old corn field....this field had just been fertilized real good wit chicken manure....she was out there barfing an sliding-falling down and just generally getting all dat chicken manure all over herself. Man what a mess I had to clean up!!! LMAO!! It took a lot a werk to get that smell outta my truck!! :^)

To this day she will NOT drink a Toasted Almond....go figger.:^)

New-Gen    Posted 05-01-2004 at 21:25:59       [Reply]  [No Email]
Well, the fact that you can both laugh about it is probably a lot of the reason you two are stiil happily together after all these years!!
But I can't say as I blame her for staying away from them toasted almonds or whatever her downfall was that night!

Hey, one night we all went out to this bar and had something, like, raspberry daquiris???? I couldn't drive, it was just alittle old honky tonk place, Ian was plastered, out like a light in the back seat. My friend drove us back to her apartment, but on the way, we had to stop, but we stopped too late, cause I was upchucking that raspberry all over the outside and inside of the car door. What was so bad is, the next day, after the clean up, the puke had eaten through the velour type material on the door! Everywhere there had been puke, it was eaten completely away! No that was some strong puke! LOL! That musta been 16 years ago now! Left Ian out in the car, she got me into the bathroom at the apartment, and there I slept all night on that wonderful white cool tile floor. AHHH...

New-Gen    Posted 05-01-2004 at 21:31:14       [Reply]  [No Email]
Now that's some powerful puke!! Maybe you should bottle it and sell it for paint remover or something!

Clipper    Posted 05-01-2004 at 21:28:46       [Reply]  [No Email]

The worst story I ever heard about that was a feller thought the terlet was a big marguerita glass. I woulda given him a brain duster, ya idjit, the give away woulda been there was no salt on the rim! LOL!

Got run over by family? I hate when that happens! I got run over by a semi once {I'll save that whole story for another time} but that wasn't half as bad as getting run over by family!
You know, you're pretty popular here, lots of people wondering about you!

KellyGa    Posted 05-01-2004 at 21:08:29       [Reply]  [No Email]
Really? (blushing) I haven't even had a chance to catch up on the board. I am honored y'all love me. :) Woo! Having some prety good thunder and lightening right now! You got run over by a semi??? Now you can't tell us that and then go off and leave us, tell tell tell! lol

New-Gen    Posted 05-01-2004 at 21:14:00       [Reply]  [No Email]
Oh don't worry, I will, I don't know if you read the true {occasionally enhanced} stories I post sometimes, but when I tell that one {which really doesn't need any enhancement}, I'll try to remember to remind you to read it

KellyGa    Posted 05-01-2004 at 21:15:29       [Reply]  [No Email]
Now you got me really curious. You just got to take a few minutes out tomorrow and post it. I do love a good story!

New-Gen    Posted 05-01-2004 at 21:20:49       [Reply]  [No Email]
Ok, I'll try to compose it in my mind. Writing doesn't come naturally to me, I can tell a good story, {or at least like to think I can} but sometimes when I write it down it seems to lack something. So I kinda have to work at it a little.
