had to go to lexington, Ky today-arrived a little early and thought I would look at some new trucks after all the jeep is getting 200000 on it by the weekend. Cheapest new ford (4*4 extendedcab was 30100). drove a used-nice but not 26500 nice-salesman said he could get me 4-5 % interest-about 600 a month payment. Wait a minute thats more than our house payemnt when we had one-outlandish-oh heck wasn't buying anyway just wasting time.

My last and present truck was a repo I got from a local bank. They just wanted their money out of it. Got a good buy and am looking at 185k and still running good.

the price of trucks is unbelieveable and i think part of it is all them people who drive them for "fun" use to be only people who had trucks were farmers and tradesmen so they all had to fight for their business but now seem everybody owns one. here in w.v cars are quite reasonable but trucks are real expensive.
