I am buying a tool from Libertytools.com

My question: Do you think Dewalt Makita or Black and Decker Tools are good tools? I am not sure if dewalt is the best

What? Are you advertising for them.

The most I get out of the tools is the cordless flashlight. When the power goes out I have a really powerful flashlight with four 2AH battery packs. From experience, one battery pack will last most of an evening or is powerful enough to light the road or blade while snow-plowing with the tractor.
