Sugerless Rhubarb Pie results

Huston we have pie. texture was right on. Tast was just a bit tart (as preferred) It didn't settle and layer out (unusual). As fare as I am concerned my recipe turned out better than with plane suger. Exparament clearly needs repeating. (burp)

Rhubarb Pie filling
9'deep pie

4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 cups sugar substitute with splenda
3 or 4tbs flour
2 eggs
1tbs butter

1 hr at 350

I've been lurking on here for months now. My husband was just told umm..ordered by his Dr. to cut back on sugar. Pie is his favorite food, rhubarb being right up there in the top 5. Thanks so much for the recipe. Think this would work for blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, etc???
