Reseeded Dandelions…..

………today while I mowed grass hay. Look closely dandelion seeds may be seen six inches deep upon the mower-conditioner’s horizontal main beam.
Surprised not to see wild life other than some Meadowlarks, naturally, nesting in all the wrong places? I didn’t even see our yearly seasonal There is open water just to the right of the cattails in the back right side of picture. geese on the duck pond.
Bull calf #994 to mom #324 is faring much better, or I am? At least he didn’t lead me in a twenty yard sprint. He kept that up he could well have been veal burger?

Fresh cut hay has got to be THE best Spring smell to me. I love that smell.
