Go look this up at Snopes.com: http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/nogas.asp

It's a joke, and whoever thought of it probably laughs his hind off every time it revives (I think the first one was started in the 90's). And if people don't buy it today, they will buy more tomorrow. Think about it.

And next vehicle purchase....buy fuel efficient vehicle, one that gets good gas mileage, and affordable...too often many buy vehicles to support big egos. And then gripe when their monthly fuel bill goes skyward. Transportation is gonna cost all.

Actually I'm going to be filling up my SUV this morning....might even do some sightseeing to burn off some gas too....love this freedom of choice thing!!!!

mud    Posted 05-19-2004 at 06:06:09       [Reply]  [No Email]
we got us a uv. aint much sport left in the mix. cept if you count full moons. then why nearly anything can be sportin. the mrs. will dance barefoot in the puddle in the road in front of the house. she'll sing 'slappin my feet in the missippi mud'. she has never been to ole miss but she shore likes them full moons.

my guess is that when you are drivin them suvs it must be like living large on a full moon night. just guessin. man oh man i like them sportin nights when the moon is up and the sky is open.

all our boys was born on full moons. they might get suvs when they get out...
