AOL is running a article/survey about vermont and walmart.

Yeah, them Vermonters are smart all right. Except for a couple of stores there, they've managed to keep the evil things out of their state and in neighboring states instead. I guess that's probably one reason why they have both a sales tax and an income tax and higher property taxes than NH.
And they hate that stinkin Wal-Mart so much that whenever I'm at the store in Littleton or Claremont (towns that border Vermont), not more than 2/3 of the cars in the parking lot have Vermont plates.

That explains why I have to drive 30 miles round trip to get to the closest one...

And I live in the most densely populated county in the state...

yeah somebody else did a WalMart survey on Nu Hamshuh. From what I saw in it that may be why Nu Hamshureens love Sam so much.

$14,000 a year an no benefits. WOW what else would a feller want??
