howdy y'all......just wanted to brag on the great buys i got yesterday at this lil ole store way out yonder that i happen me a 10 hole chicken nest box[tin type] with slanted floors fold away perches..fer $10.00!!!...also picked up 10 tomatoe cages[brand new] fer $1.00 each...and a 3 gallon old time pickling crock with lid and drain spout fer $20.00.....saved Michael and jojo alot of time fer building me these things or buying them new[crock jar]...I was so proud of myself....I seen that old chicken box sitting under the womans carport as i was fixing to drive away....sent my helper in to see iffin it was fer sale...woman said that ole thing has been sitting in my yard fer ever didnt think anyone would buy it...$10..00 and it's yers....I looked at amberly[helper] and said pick up that mind ya i already had in the back the matters cages and was driving my 4 runner...well y'all we were gonna get that dang thingin the 4 runner iffin it was gonna kill amberly lol...had a wonderful days shopping yesterday back to work today...have to do the church yard and make some money back and pick up a very beautiful piano that amberly found fer $100.00...gonna keep it in my living room till she moves here to arkansas fer good...that gal is leaving me on sunday and will miss her bunches...stayed to help catch up on things after stinky nickys death due to falling behind so much.
I dont think I could replace her with 2 grown men and be as happy with the work as I am with her.she is only 21 and works like an ole farmer...she is learning and hopes to marry our son someday and take this place her to be a woman as i see fit...shes a fast learner but still cant cook lol...and refuses to give shots to the critters...but she will come along i'm sure....cant wait till she comes during slaughterine of the chickens[fall]...she wanted me to save alil chick with splay legs...had to tell her that it wasnt good fer anything but snake food it would never live past a few days..i did convince her it had to go but think she needs to be a lil less sympathitic to animals that wont produce round here...well gonnalurk fer a few and drive to town and cut grass.....have a great day to all my KL family...dale anne

Course the Missus has no appreciation in the least fer all the "art" I come home with....but mah boys love it....and we git even MORE when I bring the boys with me!! We have more fun at the Dump than we had at DisneyWorld. :^)

Sounds like you had a great time shopping. I love going to yard sales but my wife cringes whenever she sees me lugging stuff out to the shed. She keeps insisting we have too much junk as it is.

Now, while I've got your attention, let's clear the air. no, little lady, you name didn't throw me off. ever since you posted that picture of Michael and yourself I knew you were a woman. What I didn't know was where you found such a young looking girl to sit in for
