All day, and I am TIRED. I got to get me a shower, I can hardly stand myself. I cleaned out the laundry room and found oodles of Christmas lights, decorations, lighted figures, and a lot of other miscellaneous stuff. All the while I was sweating and sweating, it is so hot already. I priced stuff, stacked it up with everything else. I was going to try and sell this solid oak stand and top with a huge aquarium for 300 bucks, but Ian says no. Its been sitting there for 10 years, never had a fish in it, lol. His mom bought it for us years ago. FIsh tanks are just a lot of trouble, I told Ian thats why I was trying to get rid of stuff that made work for me. I got too much to do already. I always decorate the inside of the house for Christmas, but have fell down on the job outside the house, and I just don't have the time and energy anymore, so they are going.

Saturday and Sunday will be dedicated to Shelbys room. That is going to be a JOB. I ought to make a fortune when I am done. :) I put so much stuff on the picnic table it collapsed today!!!! I quickly caught it and put something under it before it went down and spilled everything all over the place! WHEW!!

Then, I sat and had a lemonade under the carport as it was getting dark. I opened the gate and let the little chickens on in for the night. They wandered about the carport for a little while, then saw that I was sitting still, and one hopped up on my knee to visit me, I thought, okay, and scooted her closer to me, off the flesh, onto the shorts, lol. Then another one popped up on my other knee, so I did the same again. THEN...another came and decided they wanted to be up there, and jumped on top of the other chicken, so I quickly made room again, then somebody got the bright idea to get on my shoulder, then another had room to come up on my knee, then the other side, then....One jumped up and sat right on my head!!!! I ended up with one on my head and two on either shoulder!!! Silly girls! I opened the back door and hollered for Ian and Shelby, they got a good laugh. Ian asked if that was ALL of them??? I said yep, and Shelby helped me out and got them off of me and into the brooder for the night. They were so funny. Once they were on my shoulder, they were making a burrowing motion into my hair with their faces!!! LOL! Tickled! I do love my chickens, yep,and they love me.
