I am now the proud owner of four cows. One of them is a milk cow. Hahhaha aren't you jealous? Yeah right.

By the by, Jennifer Lopez is gonna have her piglets. She didn't eat her supper this evening. I'm gonna walk out there and check on her in a minute.

She got a calf onner or you gonna milk her alla time?
I never milked a cow that wasn't tied up but my brother had the nicest old Guernsey cow years ago. He would milk her right out in the pasture and she would stand there just as nice as can be and never mooove until you were done.
Come to think of it, I did milk her once when he was away. Her name was Kitty Hawk.

I don't know how it works yet Les. I would like to leave the calf on her AND milk her. It sure would be easier. Is that ever done?

Sure. We used to do it all the time. Tie them up at night or otherwise keep them apart. Milk the cow in the morning and get what you want out of what is there, then turn the calf out with her. Unless you'd rather do it the other way around.
