Very good now if you double click on the image in the gallary and do it again you should end up with the big picture.

Its seems to me that you know the tricks to sticking pictures on this board. The couple I had stuck here I asked Lenore to do it..But,,If I have a pic on a floppy,Could I put it in the gallery WITHOUT going through the Microsoft site? Just straight from floppy to here? Is that how Husker did??

You should be able to post it directly to a gallary. Once it is posted on the web anywhare you can go to that picture and copy the URL address and post it hear or steal a picture from somewhare on the web and post it hear as well and let there servers serve it up.

TB have you got time to help out a newbie to this forum? I've been following this discussion and I've done some pokin' around and found out a few things.

Apparently when you post to the Photo Gallery the pic must come from your computer. Right? If so that's easy enough to do. Then when the pic is in the Photo Gallery you can direct or "hot" link to it so's it shows up in the message. Right?

But if you want to post a pic in the message from here (where you post using the Optional Image URL feature) then it must be posted on the internet somewhere that will allow "hot" linking. Right?

Sometimes the "hot" linking can be a problem as a lot of servers don't allow it. I've found one place that I think will allow this although I haven't actually tried it myself but have read their terms of agreement. The link is below.

SWMBO just got home from a week long vacation with our daughter so I got to run. I'll search for the response tomorrow.

I have "My Yahoo" as my home page and they have a Photo album area that you can do the same thing as the Country Gallery. I put pics there then followed TB's directions. TA-DA it worked!
