What worked for me... ROFL, but True

I probably have a mild to medium case(?) Anyway,
I think it's related to PMS, the once a month thing. Also, the metamucil, cellulose thingy
worked temporarily. What I ended up doing was this:
Metamucil Wafers (apple cinnamon flavor) regulates the water in the intestine. Not too much water (diarena) and not to little (contemplated). I learned this from an old timer doc and my pharmacist!
Also, I eat Stone Ground Wheat Bread over regular,add wheat germ to my diet--
(meatloaf preferably). An occaisional bowl
of Fiber One cereal. The rougher the stuff, the
better for me. Long cooking oatmeal, whole wheat
crackers, 7 grain breads, and rye crackers with
lots of fiber.
I have never been happier. ROFL. Really!
I stay away from Orange Juice. Seems to clean
me right out, and then I have to go to doctor
for bowel cramping pills--I am in such discomfort.
Good Luck! Been there, done that. It's a new
life and a happy one for me. Hope you find what
works for you.

Vitamin C and Asorbic acid in canned goods, orange juice, products, affects me badly. I avoid
these like a plague. When I absolutely want juice
I drink 1/4 cup and no more.
I used to have food allergies to fresh garden
vegetables, especially lettuce. Had to give them
up for one year and reintroduce.
The lettuce reaction had to go for years without. I think the fresh heads are better for me, cleaned and handled properly by restaurants.
The stuff pre-shredded in bags--wicked on my
insides. How long had it been in the bag?
