Ok I swear...what do parents think of when they name their children? I just went down to the food court below office and got a cheeseburger. The girl who took my order had a name tag on that said "Dilexsha" No joke.

Reckon she has a sister named chlamydia and a brother named tanactin?

My favorite two are, and I am not kidding, I have actually worked with women named:

Aquinetta (mom must have been hairdo obsessed)

Latrina (ughhhhhhhh)

Can you stand it? Shish. Or any of those names that have apostrophes in 'em.... what the heck? Think I'll name my next kid "(.,!;:)" .

I often wonder about the"mispelled" ones, like Kristle/Kristal/Cristel,were they meant to be or was the maternity staff illiterate?

I prefer a good simple Joe or Jo or Jeau or Gio......:)

A friend of mine was going off about that Sade singer one time. He was PO'd that her name was spelled S-A-D-E, "sayd", but was pronounced "Sharday", or something like that. So he says, "My name is Bob, but please call me "Foo-quah!!!!!" LMAO!!!!!!!!!

Yep, I think they're just trying to be cute with the name when they do that : )
