Not that I like it, but...

The court did not 'rule' on anything...All they said was that the 'non-custodial parent has no standing'...In other words...

Anyone else that does not like the pledge can (oh and they will) file a similar case and that they (The Supreme Court) will eventually hear the case (If it gets to them) as long as the 'parent' filing the suit has 'custody' or the right to speak for the child...

The court basically punted in order to fight another day...Scalia had recused himself and they knew that they did not have 5 votes to 'win'...
