Yes I have a roen duck that needs some taming. Anyone know of a way to tame a roen duck. I mean this duck is so vicious! It keeps nipping at my hand when I try to pet it. Please.... Help me.

more 'n likely you'll have new chicks. Fowl will normally start to raise a new family anytime the chicks die/get killed/disappear. We get 2 nestings out of our turkeys and chickens every year the first either dies or we sell them all.

Never heard of ducklings drowning, though. Turkeys, yes, ducks no.

good luck,
Tom

Ducklings can drown if they are allowed to be put in water
before their feathers fully mature. Domestic ducks are terrible at
caring for their young and you must keep them away from the
pond water until they are about 8 wks old.
