Yall Im having a good day, I finally got my new to me 89 DM Mack rolloff truck out of the shop today almost ready to take it towork now just need to do a little welding, But thats not why im happy. The old long abandoned New Orleans Fried Chicken joint had a Chinese restaurant spring up in it. Its been open 2 weeks and my parent's and younger brother flew to it well Dad was dragged by mom. Im considered the wierdo in the family because im supposedly narrow minded in food and customs, and I make it a point not to eat anything of unknown origins ie Chinese food. Well they noticed as soon as a person or family got up 2 workers were swooping in and getting the plates up. Dad and I told mom and brother they were raking the crap back into the buffet. They said no way but its true. Also my brothers girl friend and another friend were eating there and a strange surprise came about a fuzzy caterpillar still with sucker feet was cooked into the dish best part not 1 but 3. They had a caniption took the food to the counter and the lady gave it some kind of name and said it was a seasoning used in the food imported from China but it looked like one of the caterpillars from the top of a yard tree. Another friend of mine brought me a pair of beetles that they got out of their meals. hey were given the same its a seasoning line. THey still had legs and all but they were different beetles one I think is a June bug by its coloring and body. The other I know what the heck it is. The second bug is a tumble bug, They doubted me but we went out back of the shop where we have goats and a friends horse and I showed them the lovely tumble bug doing his work it was an identical match. I saw a funny look in their eyes. Im thinking its not a coincident that theres catrs hanging around every restaurant dumpster in town except that one.
I think it sometimes pays to be narrow minded and uncultured lol. My other friends thought I was making this up when telling them then found out about the four very credible witnesses/victims they changed their minds.

Hey Taylor, the cats that hang around their dumpster likely get served quickly and that's why you don't see them.

Dave I dont know the name of it just yet IVe seen it about 5 times it looks like a City King but the name varies. I try to make it a point n ot to eat that stuff lol. In town we have a Jacks, Sonic a Hardee's and a few little cafes and a Mexican joint. Ill eat at any of them. My brother said a slugburger was gross but ive never had to pull the legs off a slug burger lol, or had a turd tumbler beetle in one either.
Bob Ont you recon if that they might open up a fur coat shop in a few months with cat hide coats lol.

Mr Taylor Lambert, might I suggest that you stick with the foods that contain very large quantities of hot peppers. The peppers will protect your very digestive system from any harm that the special spices might do to yourself.

Boy that's rare. Most Chinese food places are overly fussy - about EVERYTHING. Even the ones in vietnam were pretty darn clean for poor folks. Course most "chinese" cooks now are either vietnamese or cambodian. King Tao chicken & fortune cookies? Way different from chinese food overseas. :)

Thats why I always eat at Taco Bell !!!

go onto your states Health Dept. website and look under restaurant violations, you will find that Taco Bells have the least amount of violations in the whole area.
