BOSS    Posted 06-20-2004 at 14:11:11       [Reply]  [No Email]
I call it a wallet, though I never carry one. All my money goes in my pocket, never in my wallet.
The only things I have in my wallet are.... drivers license
AmEx card
debit card
4 business cards.

thats it. and its not even a real wallet, its one of those leather credit card holders.

Wallet or portemonnaie, ( which actually is French but also an adopted Dutch word ) depending whom I'm talking to...

Either, it's like "dinner" or "supper" you get
to eat either way.

LOL

...well my goodness, Steve, a liberal,
you know it is not PC to discriminate that way! LOL

Personally I have one; I call it both.

Cindi    Posted 06-20-2004 at 11:21:12       [Reply]  [No Email]
So does Fred. Calls it both.

SusieQ    Posted 06-20-2004 at 12:03:03       [Reply]  [No Email]
My hubby says it both ways....no worry, but if your man carries a purse...then it is time to worry. Hahaha

~Lenore    Posted 06-20-2004 at 12:12:56       [Reply]  [No Email]
Unless it is your purse he is carrying, Cindi! Then it is OK, the other girls will leave him alone cause they wont want to tangle with you! LOL

Clod    Posted 06-20-2004 at 11:18:54       [Reply]  [No Email]
The entire Mid East is a stain on mankind. If they had no oil they would be still on caravans troupeing through the deserts with a camel train.

Doc    Posted 06-20-2004 at 11:16:17       [Reply]  [No Email]
I've tried calling it several different things but it never comes when I misplace it anyway.

Clod    Posted 06-20-2004 at 11:27:50       [Reply]  [No Email]
I remember reading the old times history..Men like Franklin and shakespeare carried what they call a purse. I just got my first Visa card..That is all you need these days.Everyone can know your life story when you buy something.Your history,, financially speaking ofcourse.

deadcarp    Posted 06-20-2004 at 11:41:55       [Reply]  [No Email]
Well my wallet's (nylon political souvenir [heh heh], used to say Monica on it [that part's true]) full enough with sporting licenses, phone numbers, auction money etc. We have no bank account (if it doesn't keep up with inflation, it doesn't pay) or credit cards (can't afford them). We do rent a lock box at the bank. And pay cash for stuff.

Clod    Posted 06-20-2004 at 12:22:42       [Reply]  [No Email]
DC,, I have only got the card you get for drawing money out of the bank.It says Visa on it..Not used it yet though.
