Do you have a smoker? Or these contrabane oven ribs? What do you rub them with? What type of smoke?
I do baby backs on a Klose smoker.

I did beef short ribs for lunch today.
Yummy... with onions, potatoes and carrots.
I fixed enough for lunch and supper.
This was my first time to cook them;
it will not be my last!!
Did them in my crockpot, too,
so it was a very easy dish.

I just reported this post to the moderator. The picture is cruel & unjust punishment as I know I can't get to those ribs.
