I got my new PC..Im loading Win 98 SE instead of XP.. I agree with the guys who say 98 SE is best.Thought my papers say this was designed for XP.I guess it will stay in my old PC like Gates says we must..

XP Home creates a very, VERY large vacuum. XP Pro is pretty good if you've got the hoss-pressure to run it and you know how to fine-tune the bugs out of it.

I'm still running 98SE and will continue to to do so as long as I possibly can. I ran Win95B until I just absolutely had to upgrade to 98 for the USB support.

I jammed a 98se CD in it to get going,Now it says you have no hard drive. Im sapposed to have 40 GB of HD here.

BLUE BOX SAYS SETUP CAN NOT INSTALL WINDOWS ON YOUR PC...........Your PC does not have hard DISK Your hard disk is not functioning correctly OR your hard disk requires a device driver.Contact your computer vendor for assistance.>>>>>>>>>> OH I SEE its saying no disk ,,Not HD.. I think I know what wrong there.

I am soft headed,,The hard drive is hard headed,Im going to California to ask my favorite nerd why my 98 is not going into hd.
