Welcome back sir!! Good to see ya. Been wondering about you too.
I know how it is keepng that iron rolling! But from what I remember you're pretty mechanically inclined, so you have an advantage there!

geo, welcome back. For a while there I thought you had gone the way of others who got discourage and hauled freight a few weeks ago. Sorry about your run of bad luck. But, have faith, things will work out. We all go through a dry spell at one time or another.

I chat with Fern from time to time and he still stops by on occassion. DD is still hanging tough and won't respond to ardent pleas for her return.
Ain't heard a lot from Texas lately. Guess he must be into rice harvesting, er, something. Kinda miss his good natured wit. New-Gen has been entertaining us with his stories about Norm and Cliff. Lenore still sends out birthday wishes, and, Clod is Clod...........gfp

Some weeks are rougher than others george - i'm getting ready for our midsummer celebration and it's been such a madhouse i tell ya - after all we've tried to do, they'd better like it however it turns out. If not they can declare war on letterman and bill murphy, what do i know?
When i worked in australia - we had 1500 souls and 26 unions, and once the idiocy gets rolling, you can go months without accomplishment. Oh they mean well, but i saw outsourcing long before it was a fashionable waste of money. I declare, if i wasn't in the middle of trying saddam i'd just kidnap dolly, prepare for an extended boarding party and head for an island, bet on it! :)

Hey geo, hope from here on out your luck runs better. :) Glad you are back. Some people left, there was an uproar, missing some real fine people. Fern is okay, I miss him on here, but still talk to him regularly. DD went back to lurk mode, talk to her sometimes too. Anyway..welcome back home!
