sure is hot in our part of the world , been a cold wet spring and now it,s in the high 90,s no transition period , right form cool to hot, was watching some pavers , paving main street, thinking about willy n fighting fires, and watching some construction workers building a riding arena across the road , got me to thinking about working in the HEAT, when i get too hot now i can just quit, must of been tougher when i was younger because i worked on all types of jobs and most were outside in the heat and cold, probably the best job was underground in the coal mines temps stayed pretty constant all the time, nice in the summer too, now im not old by any sense of the imagiation but i sure must of been in better shape because the heat sure does bother me when working in it now, today is fence and tractor day in the heat, if i do it just right i can tear the fence down and level all at the same time and get in out of the heat quicker haha

Cool up here in Northern lower Michigan. A few high 80s F & most nights drop in the low to mid 50s F.

Good sleeping weather at night.

Hey toolman, I agree.
I think the thermostat gets out of kilter as we age. I worked in fields, factories, construction, including paving, carpentry, masonary, roofing, and a couple of years in the infantry.
I'm with you,the heat does wear me down.
This summer has been cool, some seed didn't even germinate, but hot enough to sweat.
Have a cool one and put it on my tab.
Charles

i think your right about that ageing thing, i don,t remember the heat bothering me this much in the past.roofing jobs were terrible i hated roofing and of course the summer is when everybody wants new roofs, let the young have at it now charles we paid our dues haha.

Actually cool here today, it's only 73 and low humidity, with a fair breeze.
We don't get super extreme temps, (usually under 100) but our humidity is so stinkin high in this area that I break a sweat lookin at work.
Keep cool guys
Ron/PA

it is usually hot there isn,t it clod , here we go from rain in the 60,s to hot in the 90,s overnight, no time to get used to it, same in winter seems like we don,t get a fall and spring anymore go straight from winter to summer
