There was this guy back in the '70s, don't know whats become of him no,ran a one man rendering operation at his place. It was a very common sight to see his truck parked in front of a local watering hole for 4 or 5 hours at a time with a couple of cow or horse legs sticking up over the sideboards. On the weekend you would see the truck down outside of the state park loaded with fuits and vegetables for sale.
