yesterday when I thanked Patria I got off the computer and never saw your question. I used a 2 qt. pyrex bowl for us but am going to make it for sunday dinner and I'll use a nice copper mold.

Thanks, donna, I have not put mine together yet.
The recipe calls for 4 cups coconut milk (cans here are 13.5oz).

I was going to half the recipe but now I have a math problem, hate math problems! :-(
Dividing 4 cups (32 oz) in half is easy, but what do I do with 13.5 oz?
Why have mfrs. all tried to mess things up just to save a few pennies. Those cans used to be 16oz (2 cups) worked great then.

Not sure how I will conquer the problem but I will...or have a 13.5 oz can of coconut milk on my pantry shelf forever to irritate me. LOL
