My results...kind of spooky.

Defensive. Feels her position is threatened or inadequately established. Determined to pursue her objectives despite the anxiety induced by opposition.

Your Stress Sources

Wishes to be independent, unhampered, and free from any limitation or restriction, other than those which she imposes of herself or by her own choice and decision.

Your Restrained Characteristics

Egocentric and therefore quick to take offense.
Feels cut off and unhappy because of the difficulty in achieving the essential degree of cooperation and harmony which she desires.

Able to achieve satisfaction through s**ual activity.

Your Desired Objective

Alert and keenly observant. Is seeking fresh avenues offering greater freedom and the chance to make the most of them. Wants to prove herself and to achieve recognition. Striving to bridge the gap which she feels separates her from others.

Your Actual Problem

Feels restricted and prevented from progressing; seeking a solution which will remove these limitations.

aw don't sweat the small stuff. You'll develope a taste for the sushi after you start throwing old folks that depend on medicare out of nursing homes for Tom deLay and Trentt Lott

I took the test, color blind and all. According to the results, i am a candidate for some serious counseling. Nothing new there. Maybe I'll just go postal. They say mass murder is very cleansing. LOL
These tests make me wonder how sane any of us are. As my psych teacher in college used to say, we're all crazy, just some more than others. The norm these tests judge against probably doesn't exist.

I have a question.

Due to my monitor problem I am not sure if I am seeing the same colors that everyone else did.

I saw 4 black squares, three in different shades of red and one yellow square.

Is that what you saw, Cindi?

Donna from Mo    Posted 07-22-2004 at 18:06:36       [Reply]  [No Email]
Lenore, there was only one black square and one gray. The others were different colors... orange, yellow, blue... must be your monitor

I thought so
I could not imagine a "color quiz" having 4 black squares and 3 red and 1 yellow.
Yes my monitor has a problem. It is fine on regular writing, but photos that are not real light colors are not distinguishable.
Eventually I will buy another.
This one is only three years old and I think it was this way when I got it new from Dell.
I was new, too, so I did not realize till recently that I had a bad monitor. :-(

four black ones , maybe the rest of the world is color blind Lenore. I too have a problem with pics I get, always too dark. And, my monitor is four years old, a viewsonic at that.

Isn't that the pits!
I knew my desk top picture was dark,
but was not aware my monitor had a problem.
Until folks here on KL were posting photos and everyone was ooooohing and aaaahing about them and I could not even see them!!
I began to suspect my monitor was the problem.
I wish I had known while it was still in waranty.

Your Stress Sources
Wishes to be independent, unhampered, and free from any limitation or restriction, other than those which he imposes of himself or by his own choice and decision.

Hmmm...sounds like we might have something in common there burr...

It never dawned on me that different monitors might display different colors. Well that just blows the science of the thing wide open doesn't it? Lol!
