My pal Billy quit here and went to another company. He likes to work long hours.Billy likes beer too , But I worked with Billy a lot and he seemed to do just fine though he snuk out to his truck and got a beer now and then.He worked hard and got dirty. The boss thought Billy was nothing. Billy was a country boy who never had an easy life. He got on oil rigs at thirteen years old.He drove trucks all over the country ,Was a good mechanic on diesel engines .Knew how to rebuild big mudpumps.A good welder and could layout the plans for other welders. He knew all things in the oil industry. But my boss thought he was trash. Yesterday my pal had a heatstroke and fell on an oilrig. My boss came to work with his broke leg and finger missing..I told him about Billy..He said,I'm glad he didnt get hurt on my job.

what billy knows or I know or you know at my job, isn't the key point of company where I work either...sad to see many good workers come and go, isn't it? others that don't get sleep, usually get hurt at company's expense as I have seen it. Hate to hear of someone else getting hurt to PLEASE the rotten company that won't put in air conditioning and still want us to volunteer our saturdays...wrong, won't do it.
we had a little cook out with HOT DOGS instead of STEAK with 90 days no LOST Time injurys, whoopi for us we got them to buy us cheap lunch... them rats took rest of our lunch funds and must have put in steps this week...just so happy
