Dear Manitoba.
A small lesson on why you can't expect to learn anything from a government agency.
When the US Department of Social Security was told we live in SDak, they asked, "Where is that?" and were told "Just south of NDak." When asked, "Where is that?" and were told "Just south of the Canadian Border!" they replied, "Well, that's what your problem is, you want Canadian Social Security" I'll bet they never heard about Governor Janklow's Wheat war with the Canadian farmers. But what I really want to know is if our Social Security is handled by Canada, and Canada has socialized health care, why can't I get my teeth fixed. Aren't those fools in Washington aware that NDak and SDak are here to keep the Canadian Border from collapsing on Nebraska. This is not a put on. This happened to my daughter when she tried to tell Social Security that her husband was deceased (yes, they already had a copy of his death certificate) so she didn't have any trouble filing her income taxes.
