We've got a hp officejet v40 printer-fax-scanner-copier. When we first got it it would print pretty dang fast(how fast you ask?. I dunno, never counted)
But anyway, I'm printing a simple text page right now and I'm lucky to print a page in 2 minutes. gets frustratingSteamed

I know there must be something I need to do, but I don't know what that something is!

Chad, Who IS as dumb as he looks...

Go into Printer Properties and check print speed (Fast, Normal, Best) Make sure it is on Normal or it will take forever to print.

Hope this helps

I'm not much of a guru, but I'd look at the DPI you are printing at, the higher the dpi the slower it will print
