I gotta hand it to those recipesource people -they got the white castle copycat recipe down to a T. You don't have to gt minced onions and soak them BTW, fine-diced and a little water soak to dilute them works just fine. Anyway, i made a 2-lb batch yesterday and they're just ducky. We've been frying them, microwaving them, either way they're great. Even though it contains baby food, it smells right, tastes right, falls apart right, just like i'd get with a 4-hr trip to the cities. :)

Try they have lots of restaurant recipes yoo and most are just like the restaurnt.

Thanks dc. The closet I have them to me is about 200 miles and I love them things. They love me too. I belch for a day or 2 after a batch of them.
