MUDTANKS! 30 ft cuts X 2 more than 160 feet of weld X 2 = 320 ft plus all the beams made for the bottom of 10 inch high I beam. All done in three days time from steel plate and beams. Now who says Americans wont work these days? 3 welders done this.

Yes sir, that is a welders delight. A mudtank for mud wrestlers with plenty of beer. Now I know why it only took three days to build it. Good job guys. Wished I would have thought of that!

Nice job, Clod...what be it for?? drilling rig?? See you have the loading lugs in place and all...need the catwalk around the outside, tho, with hand rails....this one must stand alone, don't see any Dresser sleeve hookups or dump ports......have a gooder, R.E.L.

Yes,That is a small one. They do not allow them to dig holes and keep mud in them like they used to so these are extras. We build those with walkways and other things on them that are much larger. The welders do not look forward to that job because there are more pipes and complicated things to connect.Grove r .You know a lot of about the oil business.

Ten four, Clod, life of working out has been connected in some form or other with oil...from exploration, to drilling, to plant work...all except the gas pumps. We never put the tanks in the ground here, unless one for a special reason, like off-site sump, then the in ground one is for the vacuum trucks use. Doubt that many would know what a "Dresser Sleeve" is.... have a gooder, R.E.L.

I have heard of that but I don't remember what it is.I get into and out of the oil industry work depending on whatever is going on in our economy.Oil is back,Unless we get another enviromentalist in high office. If we do ,I guess I will accept a welfare check and ride a bicycle .
