If you two are close, get her to square dancing. That'll give her a break and chance to meet nice people.

When you live in the middle of a small state like I do, there isn't anywhere that's too far away. I would say that at least 90% of the state is less than two hours away from me.

I drive about that far go square dancing twice a week. Even the nearest McDonald's to get Austrailian hambergers is 1 1/2 house away.

70 or 80 MPH is nothin to youse guys out thayuh. There ain't a straight road in Noo Hampshuh. Plus, we got frost heaves, don't forget. And mooses to look out for. And, dependin on the season, there's "come heres" all over the place, too.

What tha sam hill's a COME HERE??? Never heerd uv sech a vurman, they good ta eat?
We got lots of realy strange critters around here, mostly branson turist types.

kraig WY    Posted 04-11-2002 at 09:12:26       [Reply]  [No Email]
I would think them are the critters hired by the insurance company so they can cancel you policy. Here their deer, antolope, elk, and buffalo. Also its an open range state. You want to get rid of cull cows just chase them on the highway. The price really jumps up. Beats the sale barn price on culls.

Your Branson tourists are the same thing. "Come heres" is a new word I just learnt from Stretch. I liked it so much I decided to adopt it myself. Here in Noo Hampshuh we is overrun withum.
Far as I know, they ain't much good to eat.

Stretch    Posted 04-11-2002 at 14:11:19       [Reply]  [No Email]
Just remember-"come heres" are here to stay (at least they think so). If they're just visiting, they're "D.T.'s" (Da#n Tourists)

OC    Posted 04-11-2002 at 13:36:53       [Reply]  [No Email]

If they call it "tourist season", why can't we shoot them? (Another good one courtesy of Stretch)

I'm not sure but I think thats our new breed of
state trooper what stands on the side of the
highway with the radar gun. If you get nabbed
he just waves you over.
If you run, his buddy gets you, now you're
resisting arrest 4X fine and loss of license
If his buddy doesn't get you they get you when
you get home, take the car, license, 7X fine. Its
almost easier for them this way. When he hits
you with the gun he gets your plate #...
Runnin is a felony. I know 3 guys what can't
drive and one thats sittin in the can because
of it.
